Our company won’t desert you after the completion of the purchase and the obtaining of the title deed.

Although our work as mediators in property selling ends at this moment, we are aware that our clients will have difficulties in their next visit to our country and they will need a number of services related to visiting institutions, travelling to the properties, initial familiarizing and communicating with the local authorities, etc. For this reason we have “after-sale services”
Our clients are constantly taking advantage of our after sale services and we are pleased to offer them to you: 

1. Meeting at the airport-
from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.- 10 ЕUR  fee + travel expenses- 0.30 EUR/ km
from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.- 15 ЕUR fee + travel expenses- 0.30Е/ km

2. Viewing of already purchased property with an agent and a translator- 20 EUR fee + travel expenses- 0.30 EUR/ km

3. Assisting in submitting documents in various institutions and State agencies- 20 ЕUR translator’s fee per day

4. Assistance from a builder and a translator during viewing of the condition of a newly acquired property- 30 ЕUR per day and travel expenses- 0.30ЕUR/ km

5. Translation of documents from a licensed translator:

a) Title deed- 50 ЕUR fee
b) Visas- 10 ЕUR per page
c) Company papers – 10 ЕUR per page
d) Contracts- 10 ЕUR per page

6. Translator’s services during extra visits of properties under repair- 20 EUR fee + travel expenses- 0.30 ЕUR/ km

7. Preparing and providing with  a lost pack of documents for registration of a company- Court decision for company registration, Record of the common meeting, Title deeds for properties in Bulgaria, update property maps of purchased properties- for eventual resale or for personal record- fee 250 ЕUR

8. Regular expert checking of uninhabited properties for urgent problems- an order is placed after signing the respective Commission Agreement and finalizing the sale trade. In this Commission Agreement the client places an order with the agent for periodical checking of the property he owns- concerning its stability, current condition, along with all contents, installations- electric and water, garden, access, etc. There are no limitations regarding the agent whom the property was purchased from. All types of properties can be commissioned regardless of their condition, size, location and distance from our offices. The annual fee includes the travel expenses concerning the visiting of the property, the reward of the builder, a written report and photos showing the condition of the properties.
After the viewings urgent repair works or handling of problems are recommended if such are needed according to the experts’ opinion and by the owner’s discrimination- 
Annual fee-300 ЕUR
