On paying the deposit, the property picked by you is taken off market and an Errand Agreement with the agent is signed. At this stage the preparation of the necessary paper work for the transfer of the ownership starts. The registration of the company itself takes about a week and the property is transferred in front of a Notary to the new owner. At this point the balance for the property picked by you is paid and after the period set by the law expires, the notarial title deed of the new owner is issued.
