For performing this type of service the Agency gets paid the following commission:
- on sale trade of a real estate depending on the region, size and value of the property, the commission varies from 1 to 3 % of the market price and is payable on signing the preliminary contract for sale trade by both parties- buyer and seller.
- By rental, again the size and the value of one monthly rent are taken into account. According to the practice of the Agency the commission varies between 50 and 100 % of the value of the monthly rent of the property.
