The properties whose management our company engages with, have been brought in the condition proper for categorization in advance, or have been assigned to us for furnishing and categorization with the respective Property Management Contract. Meanwhile we take care of all procedures to satisfy the requirements of the owners and to apply to the state authorities so that the respective buildings or other properties start returning on the investments of their owners.
Our company accepts properties for management on certain conditions depending on the location, size, condition, accessibility and the interest on the part of tourists in the respective regions. For the properties that have been approved by our expert panel we provide all-year or seasonal maintenance depending on the arrangement with the owners as well as maintenance of the common parts.
The following services are included in this maintenance:
1. 24 hour security
2. Hygienic maintenance- twice, three times a week  
3. Maintaining and repairing the common parts by carrying out a major, current and emergency repairs
4. Organizing and managing all exploitation expenses for using the common parts and systems of the building( eclectic energy, water supply, heating, telephone, etc.)

Signing an insurance for the whole buildings or separate apartments or properties, which covers the following damages: fire- basic coverage( fire including damages related to its extinguishing, lightening/ thunder, explosion, falling of piloted flying object or load; natural calamities: storm, hurricane, whirlwind, wind spout, hailstorm, downpour, flood, damages resulting from the weight of naturally accumulated snow or ice, frosting; earthquake, water or steam leakage( out of pipe installations and appliances connected to them).
Our company offers additional insurance of property, located in the apartment of the client in return for extra payment covering the risks of stealing and vandalism.
Our company often combines the maintaining of the common parts of buildings and complexes with the management of single or groups of apartments in these buildings, owned by various physical and legal entities.
The management of apartments and villas, related to fixing breakdowns, security, cleaning and maintaining the premises and the gardens as well as to rental, arranging payments and even companies management takes place by signing the respective Property Management Contract. This gives the owners the opportunity to choose a full or partial service package depending on the features of the property and on their individual desires and possibilities.
