With the property management Contract, our company can be tasked with the responsibility for all kinds of payments pertaining to the property and company of the owner according to their wishes.
Our specialists can remit to the owner all receipts by bank transfer to either a Bulgarian bank or foreign bank account. Together with the owner of the premises, our company will agree on the rate of rent for both brief tenancy (from 1 up to 29 nights), or longer tenancy (29 and more nights). With longer tenancy, 50% of the first month rent will be collected in advance.
At any time, the property manager will keep the owner informed for current, previous and future bookings, expenditures made, collected rent receipts as well as any other important circumstances related to the premises by rendering to the owner weekly or monthly statements and reports.
Acting as the agent for the owner, we will pay bills for electricity, water supply and sewerage, telephone, cable TV, and Internet, cleaning, maintenance, and security.
Owners are free to use their premises at any time, but it is necessary for them to advice us well in advance about their intended stay, so that we can make adjustments to bookings. Do not hesitate to contact us for further information on info@stratosproperties.com
