For the clients who have properties in suitable condition, i.e. corresponding to the rental conditions of the tour operators, our company offers to include in the Management Contract the handling of all payments concerning the property and the client’s company while considering their desires and abilities.

Our specialists cooperate with bank institutions and pay the obtained rental price through bank transfer into a Bulgarian bank account or a foreign one. The amount of the rental is sorted in advance with the owner of the property for a short term (1 – 29 nights) or we charge a commission of 50% from the first month rent when the tenant signs a contract for a long term (29 and more nights).

The people in charge of the property keep constantly in touch with the owner to inform him on present, past and future reservations, incurred expenses, obtained income as well as on other important circumstances concerning the property, through weekly or monthly reports.

We will represent you and will pay all costs to the Electricity Company, Water Supply Company, Telecommunications Company, cable operators, internet suppliers. Besides this, we will pay out your expenses to the companies engaged with the cleaning, maintenance and securing of the property.

The owners can use the property for whatever time period they’d like but they have to inform us in advance so that this can be taken into account in the planning of future reservations from clients for longer period of time.
