34 km from the town of Burgas, situated on a beautiful bay, Sozopol is one of the oldest Bulgarian towns on the Black Sea coast. It was founded 2,600 years ago by Greek settlers from Asia Minor on the remains of the Thracian settle-ment of Apollonia. At the beginning of the 1st century BC the town was sacked and razed by the Romans. After some time Apollonia was restored as a Roman town in the eastern provinces of the Empire. In AD 812 Khan Krum – one of the greatest Bulgarian rulers – won it back from the Byzantine Empire, and annexed it to the territory of Bulgaria. Later it became a major Bulgarian port on the Black Sea.

1. 2 000 euro booking deposit;
2. 30% of the price - within ten days after the conclusion of the preliminary contract;
3. 30% of the price - ten days after the finishing the roof;
4. 40% of the price has to be paid within ten days after the full completion of the building in accordance with the architectural
