Beautiful and calm small village, hidden in the mountain and only 11 km from the town of Breznik and 46 km from the capital Sofia. There is a river passing through the village, so it’s suitable for fishing and hunting in the forests.It’s two-storey house almost in the center of the village and with a splendid view of the green hills of the mountain.
1^st floor – there are 2 rooms and a larder. There are plastered walls and windows woodwork.
2^nd floor - there are 2 rooms and a kitchen – the walls are plastered, windows woodwork, wooden floor.The toilet and the bathroom are outside the house in the attached brick building, but it’s possible to get them inside. There is electricity and running water inside and outside the house, sewage. Phone-line is not available but it’s easy to get connected.The garden is 1 500 sq.m. with fruit trees and a well. The house needs some repairs and refreshment but it’s almost in good condition. We recommend purchase because of the good location of the house – it is in the heart of the mountain, it’s near the capital and the airport, the people are very friendly and the price is low!
