This property is nestled in a quiet mountain village positioned 65 km away from the capital of Bulgaria- Sofia. The air is fresh and the nature- amazing. There is a river not very far away, which makes the region suitable for fishing. This mountainous area is suitable for hunting and hiking. The village is situated 10 km away from the small city of Zemen. The house itself is an old architecture from the 30s, but still in a good condition for living.
